Overview

With so much on offer at Siblyback Lake this summer, there really is something for the whole family to enjoy.

Hire a variety of watersports equipment, including kayaks, canoes and stand up paddleboards or launch your own equipment on the lake. Siblyback is also a popular Rainbow Trout fishery and is the perfect spot to begin your angling adventure.

So, when you're struggling to find things to keep the family entertained this summer, head to Siblyback Lake and create some fantastic memories.

What's on at Siblyback

- Take to the water and hire a variety of watersports equipment including kayaks, canoes and stand up paddleboards. Hire is available Wednesday - Sunday and booking in advance is required through our website. Please see 'Book Now' tab below.

- Do you have your own watersports equipment? You can launch your own kit on the lake from as little as £8. Self-launch for none members is available Wednesday - Sunday and booking in advance is required via our website. Please see 'Book Now' tab below. Those wishing to use their own equipment on the lake require third party insurance.

- Bring the bikes and explore the 3 mile round lake path, which is also suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs, then tuck into some tasty treats from Olive & Co Cafe whilst your little adventurers let off steam in the play area.

Surrounded by the striking backdrop of Bodmin Moor, Siblyback Lake is the perfect spot for your next family day out or camping adventure.

The 3 mile round lake path is popular with walkers, runners and cyclists and is also suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs. The path, which runs adjacent to the lake, passes by the impressive Siblyback Dam and through woodlands. This is an idyllic location to get outdoors and breathe in the fresh air on a walk.

Don't forget to bring the camera. Siblyback is home to a variety of wildlife, so make sure you visit the bird-hide and enjoy spotting the amazing array of flora and fauna surrounding you.

The cafe is currently open daily serving a variety of delicious treats including galettes, cream teas, Artisan coffee, homemade food, cakes and ice creams. With both indoor and outdoor seating on offer, you can sit back and relax, whatever the weather, whilst your little adventurers go wild in the play area.
